RECRUITMENT COMMITTEE

In the fall, prepare information to welcome families to WHE, introduce PTO, and identify PTO's volunteer needs and goals. Coordinate with Administration to ensure new families receive PTO information throughout the year. Recruit volunteers as needed and connect them with Committees. The Committee coordinates with all other committees to identify and assess volunteer opportunities, and to communicate those opportunities to the WHE community via the PTO Secretary, Social Media Committee, PTO website and/or email. Work with Committees to recognize volunteers throughout the year. Timing All school year, with focus in late Summer prior to Open House and as needed.
