The Committee, along with an extensive team of volunteers, coordinates one large fundraiser or series of smaller fundraisers (coordinating community donations and sponsors, promotional gear, prizes, marketing and promotion, logistics, collection and counting of moneys raised). The Committee works with the Treasurer to secure collection and deposit of all funds raised. Timing – Beginning in early fall, periodically throughout the year.
